tersebut antara lain

1. Turis musiman perlu diantisipasi yang berpengaruh pada daya tampung

Kawasan;
2. Tantangan pada konservasi wilayah;

3. Persaingan antara wilayah;

4. Pengurangan tingkat kemiskinan;
5. Keterbatasan SDM Profesional.

“Several implications for affected communities have come to light, including

impacts regarding increased traffic congestion, construction projects, crime,
mixed effects on quality of life, and changes in community identity,(Hwang,

Stewart, & Ko, 2011)p2. The findings suggest that community-based action is

more than just a social impact; rather it plays critical roles for successful long-
term tourism development. Conflicts between outside tourism developers and

residents could be overcome through planning processes that allow

communities to create a set of public values for their community. Rather than
something to fear as detrimental to tourism, community-based action and

initial resistance to tourism development holds promise for a community that
cares about its future and will invest in specific kinds of tourism development.

Vice versa, rather than something to fear as detrimental to community, tourism

development may leave residents with an increased sense of solidarity and
influence over their future (Hwang et al., 2011).”

Partnership (kemitraan) dan kolaborasi menjadi salah satu komponen
penting dalam pengelolaan sebuah destinasi wisata. Kualitas dan daya saing

suatu destinasi dalam menarik minat kunjungan wisatawan sangat
ditentukan oleh kekuatan dari elemen-elemen pendukung pada destinasi

yang tentunya tidak dapat terlepas antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Adapun

tahapan yang akan dilaksanakan yaitu dimulai dari pertemuan dan
musyawarah antar perwakilan kelompok pengelola untuk membahas
